How does the Kirsch get into the Kirschstängeli?



Have you always wanted to know how the famous Kirschstängeli are made? At the traditional Confiserie Speck you can find out.

In the bakery you will be introduced to the secrets of the Kirschstängeli. The multiple award-winning Kirschstängeli are made with high-quality production Kirsch and the best chocolate - and all this with a mysterious manufacturing process. After the tour you will enjoy a delicious tasting, accompanied by a fine coffee.


  • Monday - Friday: 07.00 - 12.00 / 13.30 - 18.30, last starting time at 17.30
  • Saturday: 08.00 - 12.00 / 13.30 - 17.00, last starting time at 16.00
