Description

The newly built house (August 2022) is located in the courtyard of the organic farm at 850 m above sea level, in a secluded location at the beginning of the Ybbs Valley.

The vacation home includes 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, TV and WiFi, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, a cozy living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine and a sun terrace with panoramic views over the Ybbstal Alps. A place with a fireplace invites you to a cozy barbecue evening and the in-house swimming pool may be used.

On request, the hosts are happy to offer you breakfast in the form of a breakfast basket. This can be ordered and paid for directly on site.

For our younger guests we have a small play corner in the house and there is plenty to discover on the farm anyway.

Storno:
Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.

Die Nächtigungstaxe ist im Preis nicht inkludiert und vor Ort zu begleichen. Ab Jänner 2026 beträgt die Taxe € 2,60 pro Person (ab 15 Jahren) und Nacht.
