In the former forester's house, which was completely renovated in 2021, there is an apartment on the ground floor with 105 m² of living space, which can be reached via a separate entrance. The modern holiday apartment for up to four adults and two children is equipped with every imaginable comfort. Fiber optic WiFi, 55' flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, modern interior, etc. leave almost nothing to be desired.
The house is only about a 5-minute walk from the center of Hollenstein and offers a quiet location with a view of the Hollenstein mountains.
Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
Alternative arrival and departure times are possible upon request.
Keys will be handed over in person on site.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Nespresso coffee and tea are available free of charge during your stay.
We have a selection of chilled Austrian quality wines available for purchase at cellar door prices.
A tourist tax of €2.60 per person (15 years and older) per night will be charged separately on site.

Vacation apartment in Hollenstein an der Ybbs - Ybbstal Alps

The apartment is located in a former forester's lodge, completely renovated in 2021, in a quiet location just a 5-minute walk from the center of Hollenstein an der Ybbs.

With a view of the surrounding local mountains, the accommodation ideally combines nature and proximity to the village.

The ground floor apartment, which can be reached via a separate entrance, offers around 105 m² of living space for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

Modern furnishings and a high level of comfort ensure a relaxing stay: fiber optic WLAN, 55" flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and stylish interior.

Hiking and cycling trails start directly from the accommodation, including the Ybbstal cycle path and countless

mountain bike trails in Hollenstein an der Ybbs.

Excursion destinations in the surrounding area include the Ferrum - the world of iron in Ybbsitz, the Hochkar, Lake Lunz, the Mendling Valley, the House of Wilderness and the old town of Waidhofen an der Ybbs.

Conditions/extras

The apartment can be taken over on the day of arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Nespresso coffee and tea for free use during your stay.
We have already chilled various austrian quality wines for you and can be purchased at "Ex Farm" prices.
The tourist tax of €2.50 per person (from 15 years)/night will be charged on site.
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply in the currently valid version.
Payment is made in cash, with a debit or credit card on site upon arrival.
A prepayment of 50% may be charged after booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price.
In case of no-show, 100% will be charged.
