Wenn unsere Ferienwohnung sauber und besenrein verlassen wird (Geschirr gewaschen, abgetrocknet und weggeräumt, ...), wird KEINE Endreinigung verrechnet. Andernfalls beträgt die Endreinigung einmalig € 40,00.
Nächtigungsabgabe: € 2,60 pro Person pro Nacht (ab 15 Jahre) – nicht im Preis enthalten.

Description
Dear guests!
We run a small farm with 3 horses, some chickens, summer sheep and cats.
With our vacation apartment we are centrally located, yet secluded with lots of green space around us. Lake Lunz or the center of the village can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
Our vacation apartment is about 70m² in size and offers a spacious bedroom, a living/bedroom, a spacious eat-in kitchen with seating area and a bathroom with shower/WC.
Our garden is also available for our guests. A seating set, a seat swing, a swing and loungers are waiting for you!
All our animals may be stroked with pleasure! In adult company, our big and small guests are welcome to help, e.g. grooming horses, mucking out, letting them into the paddock, feeding them,...
