Conditions/extras

✔ Minimum stay: 2 nights
✔ Final cleaning included
✔ Welcome package: Dishwasher tabs, dishcloth, first coffee capsules, trash bag, etc.
✔ Tourist tax: Extra per person from 16 years of age
✔ Payment: 20% upon booking, remaining payment 1 month before arrival.
✔ Cancellation: In case of a cancellation, we charge 20% of the total amount if the reservation is canceled up to 1 month before arrival, 80% if canceled less than 1 month before arrival and 100% if canceled one day before arrival or later.
