In summer and winter our guides will lead you through the VELTINS EisArena with exclusive insights into a world championship sports venue. Let us surprise you with insights behind otherwise closed doors, including a film clip and a free drink.

until October: Tuesdays and Saturdays at 2:00 p.m.
from November: Saturdays at 2:00 p.m. - (except on event days)
Guided tours for groups outside the regular tours are possible on request.

Meeting point
Entrance upper bobsled run (gate 1)

Participants
at least 4 persons

Ticket with Sauerland Sommer Card can only be booked on site at the Tourist Information, Am Kurpark 4.

Toilets are available in the start house 1 and in the finish arena.
Please wear sturdy shoes. During the tour there will be a difference of 75 meters in altitude.

If we do not reach the minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.

As incidences increase or decrease, the regulations stated here could change if necessary. The incidence value at the time of the guided tour applies.

• Für den Rückweg steht kein Shuttleservice zur Verfügung.
• Toiletten sind im Starthaus 1 und in der Ziel-Arena verfügbar.

• Mindest-/ Maximalteilnehmerzahl: 4 - 20 Personen
• Bei Nichterreichen der Mindestteilnehmerzahl oder aufgrund von Witterungsbedingungen behalten wir uns eine kurzfristige Absage telefonisch oder per E-Mail vor. 

Wichtiger Hinweis zur Teilnahme:

• Während der Führung wird eine Differenz von 75 Höhenmeter bewältigt, wir empfehlen diese Führung für Personen die “gut zu Fuß“ sind.
