The Norderoog apartment (40 m²) is located in the annex of “Haus Hemenswarft” and has a separate entrance. This 2-room apartment for 2 (+2) guests is laid out over two floors, connected by a space-saving staircase. The apartment was completely renovated in May 2018.

On the ground floor you’ll find the cosy living area with an integrated, fully equipped fitted kitchenette. Amenities include a two-plate hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand mixer. The living area also offers a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD/radio with USB/Bluetooth function and free Wi-Fi. Insect screens are fitted in the apartment.

Via the space-saving staircase you reach the bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, blackout blind and flat-screen TV. From here you have a wonderful view over the inland countryside and the drainage canal (Sielzug) running behind the property.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, WC, hairdryer and washbasin.

The apartment is very modern and furnished with great attention to detail, offering a truly special living experience.

In the utility room of the main house you will find a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, cleaning supplies, etc. available for your use.

The Langeneß apartment is our largest apartment (70 m²) and is located on the ground floor of “Haus Hemenswarft”.
This 3-room apartment for 4 (+2) guests was completely renovated in May 2018. Dogs are allowed here.

The spacious living room features a cosy seating area with a sofa bed for 2 people and two armchairs. You will also find a large flat-screen TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, CD/radio with USB/Bluetooth function and a Wii games console (some games provided). Free Wi-Fi is available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area and a fitted kitchenette. Amenities include a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand mixer.

The apartment also offers a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and blackout blinds. Insect screens are fitted in every room of the apartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, wall-hung WC, hairdryer and vanity unit, and also has a window.

This 2-room apartment accommodates 2 (+2) guests and was renovated in May 2018. Dogs are allowed here.

The Oland apartment (40 m²) is located in the attic of “Haus Hemenswarft” and accommodates 2 (+2) guests. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed here.

The apartment was completely renovated in May 2018. Apartment Oland impresses with a wonderful view over the sea dike across the salt marshes of the Wadden Sea National Park and towards the island of Föhr.

In the living room you will find a small open-plan, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Amenities include a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand mixer.

In the living area there is a dining table set, a wardrobe and a cosy sofa bed for 2 people. You will also find a flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD/radio with USB/Bluetooth function and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom has two single beds.

Insect screens and blackout blinds are provided. A bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, extractor fan, hairdryer and washbasin completes the apartment.

In May 2018 the apartment was completely renovated and impresses with views over the sea dike across the salt marshes of the Wadden Sea National Park and towards the island of Föhr. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand mixer.

The spacious, bright living room offers plenty of space for a dining table and a cosy sofa bed with chaise lounge for 2 people. Amenities include a large flat-screen TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, CD/radio with USB/Bluetooth function, a Wii games console (some games provided) and free Wi-Fi.

Insect screens are fitted throughout the apartment.

The large bedroom, also with sea view, is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a small, cosy seating area with two recliner armchairs, plus an additional flat-screen TV.

A further small bedroom with two single beds is ideal for children.
