The apartment is adjacent to a train line, about 1.3km away from the local train station, and village center, with a range of international restaurants, four supermarkets (1 of them reachable by foot in the center and 3 of them 2km away). A local ferry line (1km away) connects Allensbach to famous Reichenau peninsula several times per day, and offers excursions on the lake as well as boat rentals. Cosmopolitan border town Konstanz is 12km away (15-20 minutes by train), and famous Mainau Island easy to reach by shipping line, next to Konstanz railway station.
