Die Anreise ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist bis 10:00 Uhr möglich.
Geänderte Ab- und Anreise nur nach vorheriger Vereinbarung.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort bzw. Übermittlung des Zutritt-Codes
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,60 € pro Person Nacht wird zzgl. vor Ort berechnet.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Preis inkludiert.
Parken ist vor dem Haus jeder Zeit möglich.

Description
The vacation home is located in the center of Aspang Markt and all stores for daily needs (groceries, pharmacy, bakery and butcher) as well as the train station are within walking distance.
The central - but quiet - location of the vacation home allows you to reach the bus stations and the train station on foot.
The Wexl trails and the Familienland in St. Corona as well as the Mönichkirchner Erlebnisalm can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
It is therefore an ideal location for hiking and cycling tours in the Wechsel region and the Bucklige Welt.
The accommodation offers space for 2 - 5 people and is located directly on the Eurovelo 9.
The living space is divided into 2 levels:
First floor:
Entrance hall, WC, kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, dining area), living room (sofa, dining area, TV), terrace
Second floor:
Bathroom with shower and WC, 1 bedroom (double bed 200*180), 1 bedroom pull-out bed Joka, children's room (extra bed possible).
The 200 m² garden and the small terrace invite you to linger.
You can store your bicycles in the lockable carport. Power connection for charging e-bikes is available.
Please note: The power connection is exclusively for charging e-bikes. Charging electric cars is not permitted for technical and safety reasons.

Die Zahlung erfolgt vor ab per Banküberweisung, Kontonummer wird bei Buchung bekanntgegeben.Eine Vorauszahlung von 30 % kann nach Buchung berechnet werden.
Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
