Unser sehr gut isoliertes Haus – im Sommer kühl und im Winter angenehm warm – bietet Platz für 1-5 Personen. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich mit Sitzgarnitur, Esstisch und SAT-TV lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett (180 x 200) und SAT-TV und das zweite mit einem französischen Bett (140 x 200), Bettwäsche ist inkludiert. Die vollausgestattete Küche mit E-Herd 4 Platten und Backrohr, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Esstisch, Besteck, Schüsseln, Tellern, Tassen, Gläser & Co lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das geräumige Badezimmer mit Regendusche, Handtuchheizung, Waschbecken, Föhn und ein zweites Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und beide mit Handtüchern, Duschtüchern, Seife, Dusch- und Haarshampoo runden das Gesamtbild ab. Unseren Parkplatz vor dem Haus können Sie kostenfrei nutzen. Ebenso steht Ihnen ein eigener Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung.

Die Anreise ist von 14:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist von 8:00 Uhr bis 12:00 Uhr möglich.

Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach vorheriger Absprache möglich.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Ein Babybett/Zustellbett kann auf Anfrage (kostenfrei) zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von € 3,00 pro Person (ab 15 Jahre)/Nacht wird zzgl. vor Ort berechnet.

Description

Apartment 208, centrally located in the heart of Mönichkirchen, offers excellent accommodation for 2 to 5 guests.

The apartment is located in a very well insulated house that stays cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200) and the other with a French double bed (140 x 200), both equipped with satellite TV and bed linen. The living area is furnished with a settee, a pull-out sofa bed, a dining table and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove with four rings and oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and a dining table. There is also a bathroom with a rain shower, heated towel rail and washbasin, as well as another bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin. Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, shower towels, soap, shower and hair shampoo. The apartment has a separate toilet, an anteroom with its own entrance area, its own garden with seating and a parking space in front of the house.

Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
Eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 30 % des Gesamtpreises kann jederzeit nach Buchung berechnet werden.
