This rustic holiday home is perfect for families or couples who are looking for peace and relaxation or exuberance with alpine hut flair. It can accommodate up to six people and has a well-equipped kitchen, a simple bathroom and a living/dining room with a cozy seating area and a fireplace for cozy warmth on cool winter days.
Outside you have a gazebo and your own barbecue area, where you can end the day undisturbed and enjoy the view of the so-called “Land of a Thousand Hills”.

Particularly noteworthy is the incomparable view of the Wechsel mountain range, which is offered to you from the bedroom and the balcony. Here, you can start the day with a cup of coffee and end it with a glass of wine, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of nature.
Our cozy panoramic apartment was renovated in spring 2023 and can accommodate up to six people. It features a fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom.

Description
Treat yourself to a few days out in nature! It's just a few steps from our vacation apartments at the Wachahof into the adjacent forest. You will be surprised how good the fresh forest air will do you. You might even find a few mushrooms on your walk. If you'd rather work off some energy, why not go on a hike or a bike tour through the Bucklige Welt? And in between, you can make yourself comfortable on our sunbathing lawn with a view of the Wechsel region.

Arrival by public transport
Coming from Vienna or Graz to Wr. Neustadt main station. From there take the Aspangbahn to Edlitz-Grimmenstein station. Wachahof offers a pick-up service from the station.
Conditions/extras
The city tax in the amount of € 2,50 per person/night (age older than 15) is not included in the total price and will be calculated separately on site! From 1. January 2026, the overnight tax will be € 2,60 per person/night (age older than 15).PAYMENT POLICY:
Deposit: 50% to be transferred within 5 days of the booking date.
Balance Payment: 50% to be transferred no later than 14 days before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the payment must be made upfront immediately.
The bank details for the transfer will be provided separately.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No cancellation fee until 2 months before the day of arrival.
2 months up to one month before the day of arrival the cancellation fee is 10 % of the total package price.
One month up to 2 weeks before the day of arrival the cancellation fee is 50 % of the total package price.
2 weeks up to one week before the day of arrival the cancellation fee is 70 % of the total package price.
In the last week before the day of arrival and in case of no-show the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total package price.
