Description
The historic D-train sleeping car - also suitable for overnight accommodation for smaller groups of up to 12 people - was used by the US Army in Berlin. The furnishings are almost original 50s/60s and therefore offer no comfort whatsoever. Temperature control of the individual compartments is also only possible to a limited extent. Just the thing for the adventurous and (hardcore) railroad nostalgics. The adjacent Oberbrügge - Halver railroad line (Schleifkottenbahn) is now a trolley line and can be used with a bicycle trolley.
