The highest point of the low mountain range is the Nordhelle. Nature lovers will find beautiful hiking trails with nature reserves, moors, old trees, beautiful views and places to stop for refreshments. Several dams in the area attract water lovers in summer. In some you can swim, in others you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet while running, cycling or having a picnic. Our house is on the outskirts of Herscheid, above the Versetalsperre. For a relaxing holiday, we offer you apartments from 45 to 60 m2 in a quiet, rural location right on the edge of the forest. Start your holiday activities from here - whether hiking, swimming, cycling, visiting amusement parks and festival stages, sightseeing, cross-country skiing or culture. You can hike in our extensive forests and valleys. Our municipality has published a hiking book with 19 hiking trails and is available in the municipality of Herscheid for a fee. For cyclists there are beautiful routes through nature with different levels of difficulty. Various destinations such as the Atta Caves in Attendorn, the Altena Castle or the Vosswinkel Nature Park are not too far away. No prepayment will be charged. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
Cancellation conditions: The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
