Description

Unser sonniges Ferienapartment wurde 2022 komplett saniert und bietet auf 46qm Platz für bis zu 2 Personen. Es ist direkt im Wanderparadies Unterkirnach gelegen. Im Ort befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker. Das sehr gut ausgebaute Wegenetz lädt zu Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür ein. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipen fußläufig zu erreichen. Das nur 6 km entfernte Villingen-Schwenningen sind mit Auto, Bus oder Fahrrad erreichbar und lädt mit seinen schönen Läden und Restaurants zum Bummeln ein. Tagesausflüge z. B. zum Rheinfall Schaffhausen, Straßburg oder an den Bodensee sind problemlos möglich. Vor Ort stehen ein kostenfreier WLAN-Zugang und Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich um eine Nichtraucherunterkunft handelt.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 11:00 a.m. (departure can take place from 8:00 a.m.). Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The prices shown do not include tourist tax. A tourist tax of EUR 2.50 per person per day will be charged at the place where the accommodation is booked (as of May 2022). This must be paid on site.

Important payment information and other conditions

The guest will be charged a prepayment of up to 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
