The modern and family-friendly vacation apartment is about 81 sqm and was certified with 4 stars by DTV. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The comforters are in extra length (155x220cm). A baby crib can be booked on request on site free of charge. In the living room you will find a pull-out couch, a flat screen, Blue Ray player and a modern dining area. For the little ones there is a play corner with coloring materials and games. In the fully equipped kitchen there is an oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, children's dishes and various kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a ground-level shower, toilet, washing machine, child seat, stool for the little ones, hairdryer and towels.

Description

Unsere ca. 81qm große und moderne 3-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Ein direkter Stellplatz ist verfügbar. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem verkehrsberuhigten Neubaugebiet des Luftkurortes Unterkirnach auf ca. 850 m Höhe. Unterkirnach ist eine familienfreundliche Gemeinde, zentral im Schwarzwald gelegen. In ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichen Sie von unserer Ferienwohnung das Hallenbad Aqualino und die Spielscheune (Indoor-Spielplatz). Der Erlebniswanderweg "Wie wohnt Wasser" geht direkt an unserem Grundstück vorbei. Beliebte Ausflugsziele erreicht man zeitnah: Europa-Park in Rust, Badeparadies Schwarzwald in Titisee-Neustadt, Bodensee - Affenberg in Salem, Pfahlbaumuseum, eine Besichtigung der Stadt Freiburg, Wilhelma in Stuttgart, diverse Wanderwege z.B. in der Wutachschlucht und die Triberger Wasserfälle.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 10:00 a.m. (earliest check-out 8:00 a.m.). Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the key handover.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

 

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. Should a visitors´ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions

A deposit of up to 90% of the travel price is due upon booking. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.
