Our neo-Renaissance-style villa, built in 1850, offers 20 charming guest rooms right in the center of Dresden, just 60 meters from the main train station. Whether you're on a business trip or a city break, enjoy the perfect combination of historic ambiance, central location, and modern comfort.
The rooms are spread over three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Amenities include a shower, toilet, desk, comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer. For added convenience, private parking is available directly at the hotel (€ 10.00 per night).
Please note: No payment on site is possible (only advance payment or invoice).

By train at railway station Dresden- Hauptbahnhof:- Exit Bayrische Straße, platform 1
- go straight until you reach our hotel after 90 meters
By car from the SOUTH (Chemnitz):
- leave A4 at Dreieck Dresden-West to A17 towards Prague - leave A17 at Dresden-Südvorstadt (exit number 3)
- 170 / E55 towards city centre (Zentrum) - Fritz-Löffler-Street
- just before main station / railway underpass (Hbf.) turn left (follow now the signs "Hotel KIPPING")
- turn left again on Winckelmann street
By car from the NORTH (Berlin):
- leave A4 at AS Dresden-Hellerau (exit number 81a)
- now 170 / E55 towards city centre (Zentrum)/Prague
- cross the river Elbe and follow St. Petersburger street
- directly after the railway underpass from the railway station (Hbf.) turn right and next left again- Winckelmann street
