Take commuter train connection to the train station Bahnhof Neustadt (daily), connecting trains to the main station Hauptbahnhof according to timetable.
Please note: use of Dresden City Card and Regio Card is possible.

* Arrival by public transport:
From Hauptbahnhof (main station) or train station Bahnhof Neustadt take tram 3 (direction Wilder Mann) to stop 'Trachenberger Platz', walk a few meters in driving direction

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und frisch.

Personal sehr unhöflich und trägt nicht mal ein Namensschild. Geht sehr chaotisch an der Rezeption zu. MeinE Buchung war nicht angekommen und die Chefin meinte zu mir- als Kunde wohl bemerkt:"Sie können gern selber in unserem PC gucken wenn Sie uns für unfähig halten." Sie fiel mir ständig ins Wort und schrie mich an. Zimmer zur Straße raus sind so laut, dass man bei offenem Fenster kein Wort versteht - an Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Das Personal hat die Übernachtungssteuer falsch berechnet und konnte auf Nachfrage keine Korrektur vornehmen-wurde sogar unfreundlich. Bei einer an einem späteren Tag erneut erfolgten Anfrage wurde durch eine andere Mitarbeiterin der zuviel bezahlte Betrag erstattet.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Auch zu den Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück wurden leere Teller und Schüsseln umgehend wieder aufgefüllt, sodass man eigentlich nie lange auf Nachschub warten musste. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war auch wirklich ausreichend. Das Restaurant habe ich leider nicht ausprobiert, weil ich den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs war. Mir ist Sauberkeit in einem Hotel immer sehr wichtig und die war hier wirklich auch sehr gut.

Es ist nicht wirklich ein negativer Eindruck, aber dass man heutzutage für WLAN im Hotel noch extra bezahlen muss, ist für mich nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Habe ich auch nicht gemacht.

- freundlicher Service - sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung - geräumige Zimmer

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Bei genaueren betrauchten des Zimmer, fielen einige Mängel auf: - rostige Heizung - beschmutzte Wände - sparkige Badezimmertür Bei einem Zimmerpreis von 115 € ohne Frühstück, hätten wir dieses nicht erwartet. Vorallem weil man diese Mängel schnell und mühelos beseitigen könnte.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Das Stadtzentrum ist direkt in ca. 13Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es hat einem die wichtigsten Informationen gut und knapp erklärt und sich nach weiteren Wünschen erkundigt.

Es gab leider ein Raucherzimmer, obwohl bei der Buchung noch auf ein Nichtraucherzimmer hingewiesen wurde. Dieses wurde leider von DD-Tourismus offenbar versäumt zu übermitteln. Es war daher kein Nichtraucherzimmer mehr frei.
