Short Characteristics
The well-kept holiday apartment (50 m²) is located in the ground floor of a multi-family house at the district Dresden-Bühlau.There are: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom for 1 - 4 persons (double or twin beds possible), a bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer.
Facilities: three-piece suite, sat-TV(32"), radio / CD, telephon, free internet access (WiFi), coffee machine, fridge, toaster and microwave.
On request: breakfast, pets.
There is a parking lot on the property (for free).
There are good transport connections to the city centre of Dresden.
The holiday flat is a good starting point to discover the surroundings of Dresden (Pillnitz, Saxon Switzerland etc.)
The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.

* Arrival by car:From motorway A4, exit Dresden-Hellerau, turn left after BP gas station (direction Pillnitz) into Stauffenbergallee, continue along B6 (Bautzner Straße), turn right into Grundstraße (Bühlau), turn left after 300 meters, at the corner Wilthener Straße.
* Arrival by public transport:
From Hauptbahnhof Nord (main station) take tram 11 (direction Bühlau) to stop 'Grundstraße', walk right into Grundstaße, house is about 300 m along the road, at the corner Wilthener Straße.
