You can easily redeem your voucher on our website or via the hotline 0800 - 10 22 444. Please note that direct redemption at the participating partner hotels is unfortunately not possible.

We would also like to point out that this voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discount promotions. Cash payment or a refund of any remaining amount is also not possible.

Please remember that it is no longer possible to return (exchange/cancel) the voucher after purchase. In the event of loss, the voucher unfortunately cannot be replaced.
