This light-filled, welcoming vacation home in Traunstein invites you to relax and unwind. Spread over 150 square meters, you can enjoy bright rooms, thoughtful details, and a fantastic view of the mountains and surrounding nature—perfect for relaxing, working, and enjoying yourself.
The terrace offers sun from morning to night and an incomparable view. Inside, you will find three bedrooms, one of which is ideal for use as a home office. This home office bedroom can only be accessed through the master bedroom. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a separate shower – ideal for relaxing hours.
In the living room and dining room, Swedish wood-burning stoves provide cozy warmth in addition to the underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking together a pleasure, and the gallery with a reading corner and a daybed invites you to sit back and dream.
Free parking is available directly at the house, and an e-charging station can be used on request at cost price. The proximity to the new university campus also makes the house attractive for longer stays.
Large windows open up the view to nature and the surrounding mountains—the house is flooded with light and creates a special atmosphere at any time of day.
