The 50 sqm large, lovingly furnished bright flat is spread over two floors. Downstairs is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen and on the first floor the bedroom and bathroom/WC. The upper floor is equipped with a desk, a 1.60 m double bed, a sofa with side table and SAT-TV. An extra bed (1.90 x 0.80) is available for the 3 person. The bathroom has a washstand, hairdryer and shower. WLAN is available in the entire flat. An outdoor area of approx. 15 sqm in the garden, with table and chairs and a direct view of the beautiful Traunauen invites you to linger on sunny days. A shared washing machine is available. IMPORTANT: Due to a very steep staircase, the holiday flat is not suitable for children under the age of 8 and for people who have difficulty climbing stairs!

Description
On our beautiful farm, we, a young family, started to rent out beautiful holiday flats in 2020. Organic fruit and vegetables grow in our large garden, which you can buy at fair prices.
Arrival Description
Travel by train to Traunstein station. From there, continue by bus (line 9142) to Traunwalchen. By car, take the A8 motorway to the Grabenstätt exit, continue in the direction of Traunreut and then Traunwalchen.
