Enjoy your vacation in our well-equipped apartment. In the garden you can enjoy the beautiful view and relax. On the large covered terrace you can then end the day with a barbecue, or a glass of wineThe Lapperhof is a no longer actively managed, child-friendly farm in a wonderful single location, with views of the Bavarian and Austrian Alps. In winter you can easily reach the skiing areas of the Bavarian or Austrian Alps from the Lapperhof. We also provide a wall box for charging e-cars.

Environment description

Tettelham is a small village located at the foot of the Schlossberg hill. Nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, it offers plenty of peace and quiet for relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes or bike rides.

About the host

We are the Kinhammer family and have been renting to holiday guests since 1984. We would be delighted to welcome you to the Lapperhof.

FROM 01.01.2022 the following new spa tax rates apply: Prices plus spa tax per person/night: June to September: adults from 16 years € 2.00, children 10 to 15 years € 1.00, children up to 9 years and severely disabled persons from 80% are free of spa tax.October to May: adults from 16 years € 1.00, children 10 to 15 years € 0.50, children up to 9 years and severely disabled persons from 80% are free of spa tax. Note on payment: After booking we ask for a deposit. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf direction Traunstein. After Traunstein, take the second exit at the traffic circle and go through the tunnel, then turn right towards Waging on the ST2105. After approx. 10km turn left towards Otting. Approx. 500 m after leaving Otting, turn left again in the direction of Tettelham and follow the road for approx. 800 m. In Tettelham turn right and you are at your vacation destination.
