Description
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed as an additional sleeping option, 2 bathrooms, living room/dining room, kitchen and utility room. Completely renovated and refurnished in autumn 2017. All kitchen appliances, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The bedrooms are furnished and decorated according to the themes of horse, bicycle and linen (old Warendorf themes). The bathrooms are completely new and equipped with walk-in showers. Guests should want for nothing. 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor)
The holiday flat is centrally located in the centre of Warendorf. The picturesque old town with its numerous alleyways and cosy market square is right on the doorstep. In good weather, the town's beer gardens lure visitors and locals outside. Numerous shopping facilities and Warendorf's wide range of restaurants are within easy walking distance. The nearby Emssee lake is a beautiful oasis of peace. The NRW state stud farm, which is particularly worth seeing, is only approx. 800 metres away. The famous stallion parades also take place here.
Cyclists are spoilt for choice. The Ems Cycle Route, the European Cycle Route R1, the 100 Castles Route and the Route of Historic Town Centres are popular themed routes that run right through Warendorf. In addition, there are numerous other cycle routes that offer a new circular tour every day. If you don't want to cycle, the railway station connects you to the attractive town centres of Telgte and Münster.
Conditions/extras
Minimum stay: 3 nights, including short stay surcharge of € 20.00 per night.
For stays of 7 nights there is a discount of € 10.00 per night.
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning, with normal soiling.
In case of heavy soiling we charge 80,00 € for the final cleaning.
