Holiday flat for 4 persons, 100 m²
The flat is 100 square metres in size, has two rooms and can accommodate up to four people. A large living/dining room with very high ceilings forms the centrepiece and creates a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. A cooking island is integrated into the dining room.
A separate bedroom with a box-spring bed invites you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The spacious bathroom with natural light has a corner bath and a separate shower.
There is a separate sleeping area on a built-in gallery in the living room, but this is not suitable for small children or older or physically impaired people.
The flat is fully equipped.
There are parking spaces for e-bikes with a charging station directly in front of the holiday flat. E-cars can be charged at the Shell petrol station approx. 2 minutes' walk away or at a car dealership. The charging facilities do not belong to the holiday flat and are charged to the respective providers.
A large communal garden can also be used.
1 or 2 nights possible on request.
Wellness area (not in the house, approx. 5 minutes away) costs an additional € 25.00 per night (from 4 persons € 35.00) for a use of 3 consecutive hours per day between 10 am and 10 pm.
A 5th person with an extra bed is possible on request.

Description
The Glashütte holiday flat is located in a historic building with a very special industrial charm. The holiday flat is located on the upper floor of the two-storey glassworks and is surrounded by quiet offices with no customer traffic. Despite its convenient location, the holiday flat offers plenty of peace and quiet. There is a bakery with a café and numerous supermarkets and discount stores in the immediate neighbourhood. The town centre with its many restaurants and shops is also just a 10-15 minute walk away.
The Glashütte also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, as the River Lippe runs directly behind it and invites you to experience nature. The Haltern reservoir and the outdoor pool, as well as a climbing park and Europe's most beautiful beer garden are also not far away.
Conditions/extras
A linen package can be optionally booked for €15.00 per person and includes bed linen (already made up), a towel and a bath towel.
The wellness area, which is connected to our other three holiday flats (approx. 5 minutes by car), can also be booked from the Glashütte holiday flat. There is a whirlpool, pool and sauna, as well as an indoor and outdoor relaxation area. Price on request.
A barbecue and a baby cot can be provided on request.
We offer a laundry service on request.
