The Maggy apartment is located on the upper floor with separate access and faces the forest, which can be seen from the partially covered, spacious terrace. A large living room and bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen (including filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer) and a small bathroom with shower give the apartment a cozy charm. The apartment has a double bed with two high-quality mattresses. If there are three of you traveling, a sofa bed/extra bed is available behind a partition. Air conditioning is also available in summer.
The wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and large outdoor pool can be booked separately. The wellness area is available privately when you book, so you can relax there undisturbed. The outdoor pool is only available in summer. The wellness area can be booked for an additional charge of €25.00 per night. You can then use the wellness area for 3 hours (continuously) per day. Alternatively: If you only want to use the wellness area once or not daily, you can use it for €35.00 per use (3 consecutive hours).
Sauna towels and infusions are included in the price.
One or two dogs can be booked for €35.00 per stay.
A baby cot can be provided upon request for €15.00 per stay. The apartment is designed for 2 people. A third person and a baby are possible on request.

The holiday flat Luna is a cosy and modern furnished holiday flat with 100sqm living space for up to 6 people. The flat is close to the town, forest and lake. The flat has its own car park directly in front of the house and has a small, separate garden area and its own covered terrace with a barbecue (on request). 

The flat has a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room, a kitchen with various electrical appliances and dishwasher, as well as three bedrooms (with double and single beds). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed and thus offers two additional sleeping places. Internet via WLAN is included. 

 

The forest is in the immediate vicinity, and various shopping facilities (supermarket, butcher, bakery) and the city centre (2 km) are within walking distance. The 100 Castles Route and the Römer-Lippe Route are just 500 metres away. An information folder is available in the flat.
