The renovated and newly furnished holiday flat (44 sqm) is located on the 2nd floor/attic and was equipped with air conditioning in 2021.

It consists of a living room with coffee table, functional sofa, dining table and 2 chairs. A bedroom with 2 separate box spring beds. A separate fitted kitchen with a small table and 2 chairs. A bathroom with shower and toilet.

 

In the living room you will find a satellite TV and radio with CD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a microwave, a cooker with oven, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.

In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and a make-up mirror.

You can use the free Wi-Fi in the entire flat.

An ironing board, iron and clothes drying rack are available in the basement.

Description

The bright, light-flooded flat is located in a house in a quiet residential area right next to the Emmerbachaue and the Davensberg castle tower. Walking paths are directly accessible and lead through the green landscape of the Münsterland. The nearest grocery store is about 700 m away. Very nice are walks through the oak forests of the Davert, trips to Münster, to Westerwinkel Castle and the imposing Nordkirchen Castle. The 100 castles route passes only a few metres from the holiday home. This also gives you direct access to the Münsterland cycle path network with more than 4,500 km of signposted cycle paths.
