Our bright, 90 m² non-smoking flat in the Haltern-Sythen district is situated on the first floor and has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Both bedrooms and the living room open onto the large balcony, which is furnished with seating and an awning. The separate kitchen with dining area has two windows and is fully equipped. The spacious, light-filled bathroom features a bath and a new, large shower. The toilet is a separate room within the flat.
Our bright, 90m² non-smoking flat in the Sythen district is on the first floor and has two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms and the living room all have access to the large south-facing balcony with seating and an awning. The separate kitchen, which includes a dining area and has two windows facing west and north, is fully equipped. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a bath and a large shower. There is a separate toilet within the flat.
Beautiful cycling and walking trails, lakes and forests around Haltern am See invite you to enjoy relaxing walks, hikes and cycle rides. The flat is situated directly on the 100 Castles Route and close to many other cycle paths. The Hohe Mark Nature Park, the Westruper Heide, the Hullerner Lakes and the Münsterland region with its many (water) castles are all wonderful. It is approximately 1.5 km to the northern shore of the Haltern Reservoir. The sailing harbour, with its waterside eateries, is a lovely place to linger. You can also take a short tour of the reservoir on the new passenger boat ‘Möwe’. The water playground is very popular with children. The centre of Haltern am See, with its lovely pedestrianised area and the LWL Roman Museum – well worth a visit – is about 5 km away.
You can store your bikes safely and out of the rain in the bike shed.
All the shops you need for your daily shopping are within walking distance in the neighbourhood.
A parking space is available right next to the house. Sythen regional railway station is 800 metres from the flat.
