Unser komplett neu gebautes Ferienhaus Typ "Garmisch" liegt im ruhig gelegenen Ferienpark Vorauf und erstreckt sich mit 160 m² über 3 Etagen. Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer für bis zu 8 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett 160 cm und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten 90 cm). Jedes der 3 Bäder verfügt über Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken, Haartrockner. Zusätzlich finden Sie in einem der Bäder eine Badewanne vor. Die großzügige Balkon-Terrasse in Südlage bietet einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen. Es steht Ihnen außerdem ein Grill und Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Der offene Wohn-, Ess-, Küchenbereich ist großzügig, hell, modern und gemütlich gestaltet und lädt zum gemeinsamen Beisammensein ein. In der Küche finden Sie eine gute Ausstattung aus: Geschirr, Besteck, Tassen, Gläser, sämtlichen Küchenutensilien, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Espressokocher aus Edelstahl uvm. Description

Our goal was to create a house that allows the guest to come to rest. Thus, the furnishings should be clear and reduced to the essentials. Modern furnishings meet the typically cozy "birdhouse" architecture in the Skandi or Nordic style: spacious, bright, modern furnishings and very well equipped. It is paradisiacal there in every season and perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! The house is perfect for family vacations even with several families or with a group of up to 8 people. Siegsdorf is characterized by its traditional cultural landscape, which our farmers and our handicraft, industrial tradition play a major role in shaping. Whoever visits us to set out from our centrally located site to the wonderful Chiemgau and Lake Chiemsee, feels as if they are guests of relatives in Bavaria. From spring to fall, you can enjoy hiking and biking here, and when the snow falls, winter hiking, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing in one of the very rare natural snow paradises in the Hochfelln ski area. Holidaymakers will also find a mini golf course and sauna in the Vorauf vacation park.

Which positive impressions did you have?

Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsselsafe sehr unkompliziert! Tolle Ausstattung! Wir wurden mit frischen Eiern vom Bauernhof begrüßt und es gibt sogar einen Kaffeeautomaten der mit frischen Bohnen ausgestattet ist. Mit der Chiemgau-Karte, die die Gastgeberin bereits für uns hinterlegt hatte, kann man viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung kostenlos nutzen. Wir konnten einen rundum gelungenen Familienurlaub genießen!!

Which negative impressions did you have?

Bei der Zimmeraufteilung ist leider auf den Fotos im Internet nicht ersichtlich, dass es ein komplett dunkles Schlafzimmer gibt, das zwar über einen Kellerschacht gelüftet werden kann aber ansonsten mit den anderen Schlafräumen nicht vergleichbar ist. Wäre schön, wenn man das vorab wüsste, damit man die Raumaufteilung besser planen kann, da dieser Raum einfach nicht gleichwertig ist.
