Description

Comfortable Bavarian country house in Siegsdorf/Chiemgau. Built in the most modern technical equipment and exclusively building biological construction. Low temperature underfloor heating, wooden shutters, wooden ceilings, wooden balcony, well-kept garden with pond, lawn and wooden pergola, barbecue area. Location directly at the landscape conservation area. Adjacent meadows, mountains and well-kept hiking trails. Swimming pools, bathing lakes in the near vicinity. Winter cottage near well-kept cross-country ski trails and ski slopes. Close to the biathlon center Ruhpolding. Free use of a covered carport and separate parking for guests. Comfortable heating system with temperature control in all rooms.
Please note that we are a completely non-smoking house and smoking is not permitted in the flat or outside.

The above prices do not include visitor's tax: 1,10 € per person/night for adults & teenagers from 15 years 0,55 € per person/night for children & teenagers from 6-14 years and severely disabled from 50-79% 0,00 € for children from 0-5 years and severely disabled from 80% We are an absolute non-smoking apartment. In case of non-observance we have to charge you with a "ventilation fee" of 350,00 €! Washing machine and tumble dryer for a separate fee: 5,00 € per day. Bed linen and towels can be added for a fee of 30 € per person. Additional change of bed linen, bath and hand towels, and kitchen towels: 30,00 €. Additional intermediate cleaning: 40,00 €. Special conditions for stays longer than 21 days, price on request. All prices include heating, water, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, cable TV and internet costs (flat rate). Children (8-12 years) only by prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. On request, a laptop can be provided free of charge.

Arrival Description

A 8 Munich-Salzburg, exit: Traunstein/Siegsdorf/Ruhpolding/Inzell. Drive approx. 400 m in the direction of Inzell - until you reach a traffic circle. There drive in the direction of Ruhpolding until you reach the sign Eisenärzt. Turn left here (at the corner is the 'Haus der Vereine'). Drive up the hill, through the village of Hörgering (approx. 650 m). Drive straight on until you reach a farm. Leave the farm on the left (there is a big sign Atomic Ski). Continue straight ahead. Do not follow the apparent course of the road into a left-hand bend! After 150 m the Scheichenberg Straße turns off to the right. Turn here and after 50 m turn left again. Our house has a double garage on the side and a red tiled roof, house number 24.
