Description

Our two vacation apartments are located in a very quiet residential area in Siegsdorf/Chiemgau in the district Eisenärzt/Hörgering.Interesting hiking as well as mountain bike trails to e.g. nearby Ruhpolding (4 km) or Inzell start right outside the front door. The Chiemsee, only 20 minutes away, is a recreational and bathing destination of the finest kind. Salzburg, a cultural delight of the highest order, can be reached by car in 25 minutes. In the fourth season the cross-country skiing trails are perfectly prepared, but also alpine sports in Ruhpolding or Reit im Winkl are a challenge.

Arrival Description

You leave the freeway A8 Munich in the direction of Salzburg at the exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf/Ruhpolding/Inzell. After the exit you come to a traffic circle in the direction of Ruhpolding, which you leave again at the 1st exit in the direction of Ruhpolding. Now drive straight on for about 3 km and you will reach the village Eisenärzt. Right at the beginning of the village, take a left turn lane in the direction of Hörgering and stay on this road. You drive a little bit up the hill and drive along the Hörgeringer Straße which finally turns left and you come into the Bucheckerweg. Number 9 on the left is our house.
