Our house was originally built in 1975 and underwent a complete reconstruction between 1998 and 2007 – rebuilt from the ground up with care and attention to detail. We put a lot of thought, creativity, and heart into designing a holiday apartment where you can truly relax and feel at home.
We want your stay with us to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with coffee, cookies, cake, and water – a little extra to sweeten your time with us.
Business travelers are also very welcome and will find a quiet and restful environment to unwind after a busy day.
The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa – please note that it is not suitable for sleeping.
Check-in is possible daily from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Please check out by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Keys will be handed over and returned personally on site.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
For bookings longer than one week, the host will inspect the apartment once during your stay, for example to take out the trash.

Welcome to the heart of the Siegerland region. We are delighted to welcome you as our guests at “Ferienwohnungen Hoffmann,” where a warm, private atmosphere awaits you. Our goal is to offer you a place to relax, recharge, and feel completely at ease.Our lovingly and tastefully furnished apartments are ideal for business travelers with high standards, holidaymakers, hiking enthusiasts on the Rothaarsteig trail, and those visiting family or friends.
Our house is located in Herzhausen, a peaceful district of the town of Netphen. Netphen lies in the southwestern part of the Rothaar Mountains in the Siegerland region, near the border to the Wittgenstein area, and about seven kilometers northeast of the city of Siegen. The landscape is characterized by rolling hills, green valleys, and expansive forests – a perfect setting for relaxation
Conditions/extras
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. A prepayment for the total amount may be requested at any time after the booking has been confirmed.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total amount.
