Our house with three well-kept and modern holiday flats is situated in the sunny Dreisamtal directly in front of the gates of Freiburg. The low-traffic location in a district of Stegen surrounded by meadows guarantees you calm, fresh air and relaxing holidays. Single travellers, couples, families or small groups - everyone will find a suitable flat with us. Your car is parked in front of the house and your bicycle is safely stored in the cellar. Your holiday kitchen is extensively equipped and beverages are also available for you. Shopping facilities and a bus stop can be reached on foot in the centre of Stegen (approx. 1km). Our house is situated between Freiburg and the Black Forest, so that hiking and nature lovers, people looking for relaxation and cycling enthusiasts feel at home here. Fun for the whole family is offered by the nearby animal and amusement parks, farms and adventure pools. Back in Stegen, your balcony and our in-house infrared sauna with steam bath will ensure moments of relaxation. Dogs are welcome. Additional charges apply.

Directions
Arrival to your holiday flat by train: As a long-distance traveller you can take the ICE train to Freiburg main station. From Freiburg main station you reach Kirchzarten station with the regional express in 13 minutes. Travellers from the Black Forest come directly with the Regional Express via Neustadt to Kirchzarten. There we will gladly pick you up with your luggage after prior consultation. Arrival to your holiday flat by car: From Freiburg as well as from the Black Forest you can reach Stegen via the B31. Leave the B31 at the exit "Kirchzarten" and follow the direction "Stegen". Drive straight through the first roundabout and turn left at the second roundabout. Directly after the first houses turn right into the street "Unterbirken". Follow this road for about one kilometre to Oberbirken. The third house on the left side is your holiday home "Oberbirken 5".
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
