The apartment has upscale furnishings and is lovingly decorated. In the center is the large living room with integrated kitchenette and a cozy dining area in the bay window on one side and a living room area with sofa and armchairs on the other.Here is also the access to the terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with icebox, stove with 4 hotplates and oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. In the large living room area you will find a satellite TV, a CD system, a small library and game collection. In the bedroom there is a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and a large 5-door wardrobe in Bavarian country style. In the 2nd bedroom you will find a single bed, a secretary and a chest of drawers. In the bathroom with shower cabin, bathtub and 2 washbasins there is also a washing machine available.

Description
The spacious vacation apartment is located on the edge of the pretty village of Törwang, in the middle of the Samerberg. It is located on the ground floor of a well-kept apartment building. From the living room you can reach the sunny south-west terrace with garden area. Here you have a wonderful view of the surrounding pastures and meadows as well as the local mountains "Hochries" and "Heuberg". The apartment has an underground parking space and a lockable communal bicycle room, both accessible from the staircase.
Environment description
Törwang is located in the middle of the hiking paradise Samerberg. Directly from the apartment there are numerous beautiful walks and hikes, whether through the Samerberger Filze, a nature-protected high moor, or on the surrounding mountains such as the Heuberg or the Hochries. Challenging mountain tours are also possible. The Samerberg is ideal for many sporting activities such as biking, paragliding and cross-country skiing. A natural swimming pool with a large pool and extensive sunbathing lawns is available for free a few minutes walk away. The nearby Chiemsee with Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, the Königssee, Berchtesgaden, as well as the cities of Rosenheim, Munich and Salzburg are easy to reach and invite you to visit.
About the host
We come from NRW and got to know the Samerberg ourselves on a summer vacation about 30 years ago. Since then we are always drawn back here. We know and love the Samerberg in every season. The vacation home is a second home for us, which we also use for ourselves in between.

The vacation apartment can be booked with one or two bedrooms (2 or 3 persons).The price includes bed linen and bath/towel and kitchen towels.The municipality of Samerberg charges a visitor's tax per person/night (from 16 years) of 1.50EUR.
Arrival Description
You drive on the freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg until the exit Achenmühle. In the village Achenmühlegeht it right direction Samerberg, about 5 km on this road to Törwang. In the center of the village, drive past the church across the village square, from there continue straight ahead for about 50m. Then turn right onto "Am Anger". The house is located after a few meters on the left side of the street.
