We are especially committed to families with babies and nature lovers seeking rest & relaxation. Our House is set in a central location and serves as perfect base for outings and walks to the lovely surroundings. Little ones are especially welcomed. At all times of the year, they will have a great time romping about our spacious private grounds.Special amenities include a library and a lovely flower garden, where the parents can spend relaxing moments and restore new energies. Popular summer activities include relaxed barbecue dinners. In the winter, you can get away from the hustles & bustles of everyday life at skiing nearby cross country tracks.

Cancellation
- In the case of a cancellation the Austrian Hotel Contract laes apply in their current form

Payment
- End cleaning fee: € 30,00 per stay
- from January 1st, 2021 is the tourism tax € 2.50 per person/night (over 15 years), from January 1st, 2022 is the tourism tax € 3.00 per person/night (over 15 years)
- In the case of a fixed booking we ask for 40% of the total booking price as a deposit. After the booking confirmation you will receive the account details for the bank transfer. We ask for this within 10 working days.
