Description
The apartment is on the first floor (13 steps up) and is spread over two floors. On the second floor there is the living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed 180x200, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, the winter garden, from which you can access the balcony. On the second floor there is a second bedroom, with a double bed 180x200 and a sofa bed 140x200, as well as an extra toilet and washbasin.The garden is private, it is not allowed to barbecue on the balcony. We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours from 10-6 pm, also on the balcony.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire accommodation!
From the first day you get the AlbCard, with which you get more than 160 sights and experiences for free, as well as bus and train, guests traveling on business unfortunately do not receive this!
Tübingen with its beautiful old town has a lot to offer, from a punt trip on the Neckar, the collegiate church, or the market square with its historic town hall, the castle, or the botanical garden, there is something for everyone. The surrounding area offers plenty of excursion destinations, be it Hohenzollern Castle, the Schönbuch for hiking, or our state capital Stuttgart.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.Important payment information and other conditions
We ask our guests to pay a deposit of 300 EUR/stay upon arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation 30 days before arrival. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.-
