Description

Altbewährtes neu interpretiert« ist das Motto der Bischoffs Welten. Anja und Michael Bischoff war es wichtig, die Gästezimmer-Tradition im alten Brauereigebäude wieder aufleben zu lassen, natürlich neu interpretiert. Der moderne Anbau, der das komplette Gebäude in die Moderne holt, beherbergt die Hotelrezeption, den Aufzug sowie das Treppenhaus für die Gäste. 18 neue Gästezimmer finden ihren Platz, sowohl anstelle der alten Fremdenzimmer im zweiten Stock, wie auch im alten Kinosaal der Stadt Bad Urach und dem ehemaligen Labor der Brauerei Quenzer im ersten Stock. Alles wurde mit viel Aufwand und Liebe entkernt und saniert. Anja Bischoff legte auf eine moderne Innenausstattung in Raum und Bad besonderen Wert. Sie verpasste mit ihrem Händchen für Dekoration jedem Zimmer den letzten, individuellen Schliff. Individualität ist Programm im Hotel: Jedes Gästezimmer hat seinen eigenen Grundriss. So gibt es Zimmer über zwei Ebenen, Zimmer mit freiliegendem Gebälk und eines mit einer Deckenhöhe von vier Metern.
