Die FeWo im EG (65 qm) verfügt über eine Wohnküche mit Eckbank, Herd mit Cerankochfeld und Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Brotschneidemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Das zur Küche offene Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Schlafcouch (Liegefläche 1,20 x 1,90 m), Kommode und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Im daneben liegenden Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und Badewanne, Waschbecken, WC und genug Stauraum. Sitzplätze vor der Wohnung und ein direkt am Waldrand gelegener, schattiger und überdachter Freisitz warten auf Sie.
WLAN vorhanden.
Handtücher (2mal die Woche), Bettwäsche und Endreinigung gehören bei uns zum Service.
1 Haustier ist erlaubt, gegen eine Gebühr von 5,00€ pro Tier/ Nacht.

Description
We warmly welcome you to our holiday apartment for 2–4 guests, situated in the heart of the Frankenhöhe Nature Park. Suitable for up to three adults—or two adults and two children—the apartment is located right at the edge of the forest.
It is approximately 15 km to Ansbach, home to a beautiful palace and court garden; just 30 km to the historic town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber; and 24 km to Bad Windsheim, known for its thermal baths, park, and open-air museum. Local cafés and shops invite you to stroll and browse, making it easy to enjoy a day of wellness, shopping, and sightseeing.
The Nuremberg Exhibition Centre is about 65 km away.
Rosenbach is located on the Ansbach–Würzburg railway line. The nearest train stations are in Oberdachstetten and Ansbach. You can check travel connections at www.vgn.de.
In Flachslanden (2 km away), there is a bakery and an Edeka supermarket featuring both a butcher’s counter and a bakery section.
Inns and restaurants in the immediate vicinity are easily accessible.

Stornierungen bis zu 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei. Bei Stornierungen bis zu 7 Tage vor Anreise werden 50% berechnet. Bei späteren Stornierungen werden 100% des Übernachtungspreises fällig.Die Anzahlung beträgt 20% des Übernachtungspreises.
Die Anreise ist zwischen 15:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist zwischen 09:00 Uhr und 10:30 Uhr möglich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort.
