Our modern rooms are equipped with shower/WC, two beds (each 200 x 90 cm). Beds have to be covered by the host, we offer linen etc. Please be aware that all of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Some of these rooms are wheelchair-accessable.

These are simple, modern 4-bed rooms with shower/WC. The room is equipped with two foldable beds (each 200 x 90 cm lying surface) and a bunk bed (with 2 single beds). A cot can be added in some rooms. An additional bed can also be added in some rooms. The beds must be covered by the guest himself with bed linen provided by us. Guests also receive towels. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. 6 of our rooms are handicapped accessible / wheelchair accessible.

Description
Our modern guest house, located at the lake Aasee and near the city centre, is especially convenient for families. We offer friendly rooms and good catering in an informal and easy atmosphere. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom. On request, comfort double rooms with TV are available. Additionally, our house has been listed as bicycle-friendly by the ADFC. Furthermore, we are specialists for conferences and seminars, offering 9 conference rooms and a professional conference service.Conditions/extras
