With this apartment you have found a great accommodation in an excellent location!Description:The modern furnished apartment has a living area of about 45sqm and is located on the second floor of a beautifully situated country villa with a large garden. It has, among other things, a double bed, a dining table, a seating area, smart TV, a kitchenette, a desk, and a design bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light and open up views of a picturesque garden.The newly laid solid oak parquet flooring creates a homely atmosphere. A spacious balcony provides additional enjoyment and relaxation.The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, hotplates, dishwasher and microwave. It is designed for breakfast, snack and small meal use only. Please avoid activities or food that could cause heavy spills or odors. The bathroom, designed in the Laufen living design line, has a toilet, sink, shower, as well as extensive storage facilities.The spacious garden offers many opportunities for relaxation and recreation.Although only a few minutes walk from the center of Prien, the house is located in the middle of nature and is surrounded by meadows and fields.Lake Chiemsee with numerous excursions, swimming and sports facilities is just under 2 km away. The travel time to Rosenheim by train or car is about 20 minutes.The minimum rental period is 3 days. Smoking in the house and on the balconies is not allowed. Unfortunately, we are not equipped for pets.House rules:- We want to know who is staying with us. Upon arrival, we ask that you present your ID card or passport and we reserve the right to make a copy. In addition, a registration form must be filled out.- Each guest should avoid unreasonable noise in the apartment special consideration is required between the hours of 23:00 and 08:00.- The size and equipment of the kitchen are designed for breakfast, snack and small meal use only. Activities or food that could cause heavy soiling or odors are to be refrained from.- The use of candles and other flammable, combustible, as well as odor-causing substances is prohibited.
