The cosily furnished holiday flat is ideal for 4 people, whether a family or a couple of friends, as there are two bedrooms available, one with shower/WC and one with bath/WC. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and large refrigerator. In the spacious living room, which also leads directly onto the terrace, there is room to relax and enjoy your holiday. In the underground garage of the house you will find the garage space belonging to the flat and a lockable wooden shed for bicycles or prams as well as for your skis or sledges in winter. In the common room of the house you will find your own washing machine and tumble dryer, which you are welcome to use. Walking distance to the village centre 15 minutes, to the hiking trails or in winter to the cross-country skiing tracks 3 minutes. The cross-border golf course is in the immediate vicinity. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. We are also a partner company of the Benz-Eck ski lifts. You have the possibility, in addition to our in-house services services, e.g. in winter free travel on the Benzeck lifts (EUR free use of the Benzeck lifts (EUR 1.00 contribution towards costs)

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather events.In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description

Approach via A 8 at the Inntaldreieck in the direction of Innsbruck, exit Oberaudorf onto the L 172 via Walchsee and Kössen to Reit im Winkl. After approx. 500 m, the entrance to the underground car park is on the left-hand side of the road. Or: Take the A 8 motorway exit Bernau a. Chiemsee via Marquartstein to Reit im Winkl. Drive through the centre of the village towards Kössen on Tiroler Str. , the entrance to the underground car park is on the right-hand side.
