Cosy house built in 1990 with a modern furnished holiday flat for 2 - 3 persons in the quiet district of Blindau. Sep. entrance to the holiday flat, outdoor seating area and sunbathing lawn at the house. The flat comprises a living/bedroom (no pull-out bed!) with flat-screen TV, radio-CD player, free WLAN, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a separate single room, shower/WC and a small hallway. All linen is provided. Very nice children's playground in the immediate vicinity. Ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours. In winter, access to the network of cross-country ski trails (80 km) and hiking trails directly at the house. Starting point to the high-altitude ski hiking area Hemmersuppenalm (1200 m) and to the 4 km long toboggan run. Two children's ski lifts are within walking distance. The stop for the free ski bus is only 3 minutes away. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Arrival Description

Drive along Weitseestraße for approx. 1km. Then you will come to a crossroads. At this you must turn right in the direction of Blindau. Drive through Blindau until you reach Klausenbergweg, where you take the 2nd exit to the left.
