Special features: Underground parking, sauna, children's playground nearby. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021.Note on booking conditions:Payment conditions:20% deposit at booking. Balance 8 days before arrival.Travel withdrawal:By accepting our reservation proposal and written confirmation, an effective travel contract is concluded. If the customer withdraws from the travel contract or does not start the trip, the vacation apartment Theresa can demand appropriate compensation: Cancellation costs:4 months before planned travel 20% of the total price, 6 weeks before planned travel 40% of the total price,4 weeks before planned travel 50% of the total price, 3 to 2 weeks before planned travel 60% of the total price, under one week before planned travel 100%.Current Corona conditions:Deposits already made will be converted into a voucher in the event of an accommodation ban.This is transferable to another person and has a validity of 2 years.

The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = 2 €. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 €. Children and teenagers 7 to 15 years = 1 €. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 €. Children up to and including 6 years of age | severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their accompanying persons | business travelers = 0 €.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 direction Salzburg exit Bernau am Chiemsee. Approx. 3 km further on the country road in the direction of Prien. At the first traffic circle take the second exit in the direction of the town center. At the intersection near the church, turn right. At the traffic circle take the second exit and drive under the underpass. At the next traffic circle go straight on. After approx. 500 m turn left. After about 200 m turn into the third street on the right. The apartment is on the right side.
