Enjoy your holiday in our cozy holidayhouse. The apartment is built in an old restored farmhouse and is located next to a historic Dutch windmill in the beautiful countryside close to Otterndorf and the North German Wadden Sea. Our 2012 renovated holiday home is located on the groundfloor of a historic timber-framed farm house (build year 1800) with a seperate entrance. It features a bedroom (16m²) with a kingsized bed and an optional children´s bed, living room (17m²) with a sofa bed, kitchen and dinig area (14m²) and a bathroom (5m²). Directly in front of the entrance is a terrace with garden furniture and a sand box for the younger guests. You are welcome to use sunbeds, a barbecue and a fire bowl which are located in the barn, which you can also use to shelter your bikes. The holiday home is located on a 7 ha property, consisting of grasslandfields and provides many cozy and secluded spots for a barbecue, a fire or to simply relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. We provide a carport for your car next to the holiday home.

The property comprises 7 ha of grassland fields and provides many cozy and secluded spots for a barbecue, a fire or to simply relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Only ten minutes away by car lies the beautiful town Otterndorf at the Elb estuary. Explore the famous architecture of timber-framed houses, idyllic bathing lakes, restaurants and many more Otterndorf has to offer.
Bed linen and towels can be provided for a one time fee of 10€/Person.

Zahlungsbedingungen

A deposit of 10% of the total price is due within 14 days after the booking is made. If no payment is made within two weeks after the booking, the reservation will be canceled. Please transfer the
outstanding amount 14 days before arrival. You cancancel the reservation prior arrival at any
time, however, this must be done in written form and will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the
total price. If you can cancelyourreservation up to 21 days prior to your arrival a cancellation fee
of 85% of the total price will be applied.
