Holiday apartment with 65sqm, 2 bedrooms suitable for 3-4 people
The non-smoking holiday flat covers 65 square metres and is suitable for a maximum of three people. Our guests stay in two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a 1.40 metre wide bed. In this room there is also a TV and radio with CD player. The other bedroom has a double bed. The terrace can be reached from this room. The living room is equipped with a TV, stereo system and DVD player. Through the living room you can reach bedroom one and the terrace. You can use the telephone in the living room free of charge for national calls (landline). The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery and towels are also provided. Next to the kitchen there is a small storage room with a hoover, cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower with level access. Bath towels and bathrobes are provided. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and cushions and is directly accessible from both bedrooms. There are many quiet corners in the garden with shade where you can relax and enjoy nature. At the front of the garden, next to the sandpit, there is a garden table with chairs

Description
The holiday flat is located in a quiet, rural area in the district of Leutesheim, about one kilometre from the Rhine. We like to live in the countryside - if this is also the case for you, you are very welcome to stay with us. Here you will find peace and relaxation in a rural setting and can easily combine leisure activities with visits to the city (we are 15 minutes by car from the city centre and Strasbourg). There are numerous bathing lakes in the surrounding area. The Black Forest and the Vosges Mountains can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Our 65 square metre non-smoking flat is suitable for three people. A fourth person is also possible on request.
