Stornierungen bis zu 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei. Bei Stornierungen bis zu 7 Tage vor Anreise werden 50% berechnet. Bei späteren Stornierungen werden 100% des Übernachtungspreises fällig.Die Anreise ist zwischen 14:00 Uhr und 23:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist zwischen 11:00 Uhr und 11:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort.
Tourismusabgabe: Kurtaxe wird separat vor Ort berechnet: ab 6 Jahre bis 15 Jahre 1,50 EUR, ab 16 Jahren 2,50 EUR pro Person, pro Nacht.
Regionale Kur-/Gästekarte mit zahlreichen Ermäßigungen sowie kostenloser Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs im GUTi-Tarifgebiet Bayerischer Wald wird gerne bereitgestellt.
Diese erfolgt vor Ort in bar, mit EC-Karte (+Geheimnummer) oder Kreditkarte (Mastercard oder Visa-Card).
