The Waldach Bar is the vibrant heart of the ibis Styles Nagold Schwarzwald – a place where tradition and modern design merge in a unique way. Historic shingles from an old Black Forest house were repurposed and lovingly integrated as a feature wall. Tiles from three traditional tiled stoves from nearby farmhouses were also incorporated.
The result is an atmosphere filled with warmth, authenticity, and sustainability. Every detail reflects the region’s creativity and history – a place to meet, linger, and unwind.

The Waldach Bar offers a lovingly curated selection of regional and modern drinks: refreshing aperitifs such as Aperol Spritz, Lillet Wild Berry, Limoncello Spritz, our homemade signature drinks with a Black Forest twist, sparkling Nagold Sekt, and selected Proseccos.
We also serve quality beer from the traditional Hochdorfer family brewery – handcrafted with Black Forest water, aromatic hops grown by the brewery itself, and decades of tradition.

Our food menu features small, fresh dishes perfect for a relaxed snack – regional, simple, and made with high-quality local ingredients. Whether it’s a hearty Brotzeit, panini, tarte flambée, or our traditional recommendations, everything is prepared with care and pairs wonderfully with an evening at the bar.

Naturally, we also offer alcohol-free alternatives, selected juices, spritzers, and refreshing soft drinks. Gin lovers will enjoy our fine selection of regional gins from Baden-Württemberg, paired with the perfect tonic for your favorite drink.

Our breakfast buffet is a true homage to the region:
The bread comes from the traditional Baier bakery in Herrenberg, known for craftsmanship, original recipes, generations of expertise, and organic quality.

For a healthy start, we offer a “Do-it-yourself muesli station,” where you can create your personal mix with fresh flakes, nuts, seeds, fruit puree, and dried fruits – beautifully arranged and perfectly presented.

Our selection of cold cuts reflects the regional identity: specialties from the Black Forest such as Black Forest ham, liver sausage, and Landjäger, complemented by warm, attentive breakfast service.

We offer 26 secure underground parking spaces for our guests – €12 per day.

The bus station is just 100 meters from the hotel, and so is the town center, with its many shops, boutiques, and restaurants providing plenty of variety.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
