The vacation apartment "Mit Balkon" is located in Bad Wildbad in the Calmbach district and creates an inviting and cozy setting for your stay with a view of nature. The apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a guest WC and offers space for 4 people. WLAN, two TVs, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, either with pods or filter coffee A high chair is available, a baby crib can be provided for a fee. This apartment has a beautiful, large, furnished, sunny balcony which invites you to relax at any time. A parking lot at the house is free of charge for our guests. The accommodation is an 8-minute walk from the S-Bahn station line 6. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy and a drugstore and the Waldfreibad. A free parking lot is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A child up to 2 years old can share a bed with the parents and is welcome free of charge. 1 dog per apartment is allowed (for a fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. Guests are requested to respect the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 10 pm to 7 am). Towels and bed linen can be provided (for a fee). The accommodation has a stepless indoor area. If required, your bicycle or motorcycle can be safely parked in the garage. Bad Wildbad is popular and known for a variety of attractions such as the Wildline, a suspension bridge with a fantastic view, the treetop path, the beautiful spa park on the Enz invites you to stroll and enjoy, the Palais Thermal, one of the most beautiful thermal baths in Germany. The northern Black Forest is also famous for the Black Forest National Park
