Just a 3-minute walk from the old town, the 7SCHWABEN offers holidaymakers and business travelers modern living comfort in a quiet but central location at the foot of the Swabian Alb. All shopping facilities for daily needs, the bus and train station and several restaurants are also within walking distance. 

Our house offers 7 vacation apartments with upscale furnishings, the ideal starting point for your activities. The Bad Urach thermal baths, the biosphere area with its premium hiking and cycling trails and the UNESCO Global Geopark Swabian Alb with its numerous castles, palaces and caves invite young and old to enjoy varied local recreation all year round. The European metropolitan region of Stuttgart, the trade fair and the airport are only a 35-minute drive away for business and leisure activities.

Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and radio with streaming are standard in the tastefully furnished apartments, as is a room safe for valuables. Hairdryers, towels and soap are provided in the modern bathrooms with shower.

Self-caterers will enjoy the fully equipped kitchens. Electric shutters shade the light-flooded rooms in summer, while underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cold days. After your arrival, you will find made-up beds and a starter pack for the kitchen (washing-up liquid, dishcloths, dishwasher tab and tea towel).

An attractive breakfast room with kitchen on the first floor, a communal laundry room with washing machine (for a fee) in the basement and a lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for your e-bike in front of the house round off the offer. The pet-free, non-smoking apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers, and highchairs and cribs are available on request.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
