Description

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. The apartment is on a permaculture farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing. It consists of a 70m2 room with a wooden floor, a new wood-burning stove and a view of the mountains, as well as a bathroom, a living and dining area and a kitchen.
The windows face south and you have a panoramic view over the valley to the mountains.
The apartment has its own entrance door and is used entirely and exclusively by the tenants.
The apartment is on the top floor of a newly built building on the farm. Around the apartment there are terraces with vegetable gardens, a chicken coop, a few beehives at a safe distance and also an enclosure with deer and stags. A few minutes downhill there is a stream with a fish pond and a swimming area under a waterfall.
The apartment has everything you need to make breakfast (including a perfect coffee machine) or to cook. A basic supply of salt, pepper, oil and pasta is available. On request and by arrangement it is possible to buy fresh products from the farm (eggs, fish, meat, juices...). A barbecue and fireplace for romantic evenings is also available.

Die Nächtigungstaxe ist im Preis nicht inkludiert und vor Ort zu begleichen. Ab Jänner 2026 beträgt die Taxe € 2,60.- pro Person (ab 15 Jahren) und Nacht. 

Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
