Details
Das Dachgeschoß ist zu einem 70m² offenen Loft ausgebaut und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. In dem Apartment befindet sich eine kleine Einbauküche, ein Esstisch, eine Couch, ein Lesesessel und zwei in Dachnischen eingebaute Doppelbetten. Ein kleiner Sanitärbereich mit Dusche und WC ist separat in einer Dachschräge verbaut. WLAN steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Eine Anreise ist von 12 bis 14 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist bis 12 Uhr möglich, oder gerne auch nach Absprache.
Der Schlüssel ist hinterlegt und wird kurz vor Anreise bekannt gegeben.
Das Gästemeldeblatt liegt in der Wohnung, bitte alle Personen angegeben.
Die Bezahlung ist in Bar oder per Überweisung möglich.
Die Rechnung mit allen Daten liegt in der Wohnung am Küchentisch.
Eine Ortstaxe in Höhe von 1,60€/pro Person ab dem 16. Lebensjahr/Nacht wird vor Ort fällig. Ein Kostenfreier Parkplatz ist direkt rechts neben dem Haus.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Description

Our "Platzhirsch" vacation home is located right at the entrance to Hollenstein/Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbs Valley.

The cozy attic apartment for up to four people is equipped with TV, WLAN, coffee machine, hairdryer and a small kitchen and thus offers comfort for families and couples.

There are grocery stores, a coffee house with a pastry shop and bakery, as well as several restaurants serving down-to-earth cuisine just a hundred meters from the village center.
Austria's most beautiful natural swimming pool on the crystal-clear Ybbs is just a 10-minute walk away.
The Ybbstal cycle path is also only a few minutes away and invites you to cycle along uniquely beautiful nature to Göstling, Lunz/See or Waidhofen/Ybbs. Haus-Königsberg has a bike park with a challenging downhill course in summer and a nice family ski area in winter.

Wichtig! Bitte den Hintereingang des Hauses verwenden! Seitlich am Haus vorbei und durch den kleinen Garten zur Hintertür! Fahrräder können im Garten hinten an die Hausmauer gestellt werden oder in den Vorraum. Für weitere Infos (Check in,...)bitte eine kurze Email an info@braubogen.at.
